Power Chips

NLX-5 Power Chip Series
The NLX-5 is a high-power gallium nitride (GaN) LED chip series.  The NLX-5, when embedded in a customer's standard, cool white LED package, provides a typical light output of 85-90 lumens (@350 mA).  As a result, the NLX-5 delivers the industry's leading cost-per-lumen performance for warm white, cool white and RGB applications.  The NLX-5 series is available in the following sizes:

MKO
In production today, our MKO Series devices deliver brightness of up to 70 lumens per watt (lm/W) – a whopping 70% increase over the previous product family – due to their improved light extraction

The MKO high power series provides industry-leading performance for a lateral high power LED structure. The MKO family is available in the following sizes:
